Preparation of the ISPS security check

In the following, we would like to inform you about the handling of your data in connection with visitor registra-tion in accordance with Article 13 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Purposes and legal basis of processing:

We process your data deposited via the visitor registration form in order to register you with the respective port terminal operator and to prepare and expedite the access control measures in connection with the ISPS security check on the day of your visit.

The operators of the port terminals are required pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO in conjunction with. Annex III "PART B" of Regulation (EC) No. 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 and the applicable port security law to conduct security checks in accordance with the applicable security plan.

We process your data in the legitimate interest of preparing and expediting the security check at the terminal and, if necessary, contacting you. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

 

Storage period:

As a matter of principle, we only process your data for as long as it is required for the above-mentioned purpo-ses. As a rule, your data will be deleted after two years.

Recipients of your data:

We forward the necessary data for the ISPS security check to the respective operator of the port terminal. The-re is no transmission to third parties.
