All business undertaken is subject to the "General Standard Terms of German Freight Forwarders" (ADSp) latest edition, which may be downloaded. We would like to draw your attention to paragraph 23 of ADSp - limited liability.

Terms and conditions of the use of the website of Peter W. Lampke GmbH & Co. KG, called "PWL" hereafter and its related group-companies

1. General use
   Following conditions are being considered as agreed when using the PWL website.
2. Copyright
   All rights for design and contents of this website remain at all times with PWL and are due to the copyright and other laws to protect personal property. Downloading and/or copying of single pages or parts thereof is for own use only. Prevailing or future application which are designed for downloading are exempted here from, only for private use, i. e. copying, changes, on passing to third persons or other use for commercial purposes are not permitted.
3. Access to password protected pages
   Access and use of password protected pages is only allowed for authorized persons.
4. Processing of personal data
   When visiting our website, the name of your standard Internet Service Providers from which you are visiting us, the visited pages, date and visit duration will be saved. Personal data will only be saved if this information is given by you in connection with registration or subscriptions. This information will only be used in connection with our customer relation management.

   We are not liable in any way for contents from outside pages which are referred to by links or hyperlinks.
6. Conclusion of Agreement and Liability
   If PWL is transferring data to the user, these data have to be checked promptly. In case of transmission errors PWL has the right to appeal against any declarations. The data transfer is constantly checked against viruses. Anyhow, it cannot be excluded that by means of data transfer the software of the user can be infected in case the user has not undertaken preventive measures. The receipt and saving of data which have been sent by PWL on request of the user is on the sole risk of the user. Especially PWL is not liable for such data for which the user did not make periodical (at least once a day) back-up copies.
7. No liability for wrong information
   Information and contents given by PWL may contain errors or discrepancies. PWL is not liable for the correctness of information and contents on the PWL website or consequences which may have occurred by using the site. These information and contents are taking place only for advertising purposes and are non-binding. No warranty, either explicit or tacit. Other conditions are only applying in case PWL and the customer have agreed upon unanimous or PWL will warrant for the correctness.
8. Applicable law/place of jurisdiction
   For use of the PWL website only German law applies in. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes which are arising from use of the page is Bremen/Germany - in case the customer is a merchant.
